We are often told to "put on a brave face” or to be strong. To do this, we often have to hide, or at least minimize, whatever fears, flaws, and vulnerabilities we possess. However, such an emphasis on strength is misguided. What truly takes courage is to show our imperfections, not to show our strengths, because it is only when we are able to show vulnerability - or the capacity to be hurt - that we are genuinely able to connect with other people.

[開箱] Decathlon Quechua Forclaz 40L Air 小背包

上次去北大武山, 第二天去攻頂, 中餐想吃泡麵(而非麵包), 於是小背包多放了鍋具爐具和煮麵用水, 整個就塞到滿滿滿, 而且很重不好背.
由於之後單日行程也想帶鍋具爐具, 所以就有買個大一點的(~30L)小背包的念頭.

收到信時, 我馬上驚呼: 哇塞! 公司送每人一台notebook耶~~~
還補問了一句: 我們有編這預算??? (旁邊同事是福委)

[登山] 南湖賞雪 (Day4)

由於天氣不佳, 路況又積雪, 決定提早撤退, 今天是在南湖的最後一天.
雖然說今天的下撤可能就像阿婆的裹腳布, 但還是相當不捨, 好想留在南湖圈谷喔...

[登山] 南湖賞雪 (Day3)

第一次睡山屋的感覺是好冷, 審馬陣小山屋整個都是鋁製...
我們擔心屋頂會反潮滴水, 所以有兩個窗戶開小縫(對流), 半夜醒來, 手錶顯示1.X°C...
好在我的充氣睡墊吹很飽, 穿polartec200躲在羽絨睡袋裡倒是還可以...
(半夜jason起來上廁所好幾次, 跟我們說滿天星斗, 但外面超冷...)

我記得好想是約05:00起床, 但大家04:xx都醒了, jason和steve就提早出去煮早餐了.
rey和我則是繼續賴床, 但拖拖拉拉的我, 實在不應該這麼沒自覺...囧
